An iconic strong golden ale (8.5% ABV) with secondary fermentation in the bottle. Subtly bitter, with a refined aroma and pronounced hop character from Slovenian and Czech hops. Slowly brewed for a silky carbonation and a gently warming, slightly sweet finish.

A West Flemish strong blond ale (8% ABV) from Brewery Omer Vander Ghinste. Full-flavored with a fine fruity aroma from its special yeast​, brewed with three varieties of aromatic hops. Golden blond, bottle-refermented, with a subtle, elegant bitterness in the finish​.

A proud Ghent specialty blond (6.9% ABV), top-fermented with bottle refermentation. Delicate fruity aroma (notes of banana and citrus) and subtle hoppiness, refreshing with a mild bitter touch.

A Belgian “Export” pils lager (3.8% ABV) with a lighter character. Less bitter than a standard pilsner, yet even more refreshing​. Pale gold and very drinkable, brewed with 100% Belgian hops for a gently hoppy finish​.

A unique Trappist beer (6.2% ABV) from Orval Abbey. Amber-colored ale dry-hopped and fermented with Brett yeast, giving aromas of hops, fruit, and a slight wild “funk.” Taste is hoppy and herbal with a touch of tartness, and it finishes long, dry and bitter.

A Trappist strong dark ale (9% ABV), known as Chimay Blue. Deep amber-brown color, with complex aromas of dried dark fruits, caramel, and spice​. The flavor is rich and warming – malty and mildly sweet (notes of candied sugar and chocolate), with a dry, slightly bitter finish.

Belgian tripel (8.4% ABV) from Brouwerij Bosteels, brewed with three grains — barley, wheat and oats — to a recipe dating from 1679. Golden and creamy in texture, with fruity notes of orange and banana and a spicy, dry finish.

Traditional Oude Geuze (7% ABV) – a blend of 1-, 2-, and 3-year-old lambics, 100% spontaneously fermented and unsweetened. Gently flavored with mild tartness, a fresh fruity nose (citrus, grapefruit), complex notes of oak, and a long, dry finish.

Blood orange IPA (7.2% ABV) from Stroom Brouwers in Ghent, brewed with blood orange and a blend of El Dorado, Idaho 7 and Triskel hops. Hazy deep gold, with pronounced citrus and tropical fruit character.

Suggested beer of the moment. An India Pale Ale with exotic fruit flavors of mango and clementine, supported by a rich malt and oat base. 6.0%, drinks very smoothly.

West Flemish red-brown ale (5.5% ABV) from Brouwerij Omer Vander Ghinste, blending a top-fermented beer with lambic matured at least 18 months in oak foeders. Deep red-brown, with caramel sweetness, red fruit and a fine, balanced acidity.

Belgian Trappist ale (6.2% ABV) from the Notre-Dame d'Orval abbey, bottle-aged for at least one year. The Brettanomyces yeast has consumed the residual sugars, giving a drier beer with less of the hoppy freshness of a young Orval, pronounced wild notes of leather, hay and lemon zest, and a dry, bitter finish.

A non-alcoholic Belgian pilsner (0.0% ABV) with a well-balanced malty flavor. Crisp, lightly sweet and thirst-quenching – offers the classic Jupiler taste without the alcohol​.

Low-alcohol version of La Chouffe (0.4% ABV). Golden blond, with the same signature spicy character (coriander) and fruity note of La Chouffe, but alcohol-free. Thirst-quenching, gently bitter and spiced in taste.

Alcohol-free fruit beer (0.0% ABV) from Brouwerij Liefmans in Oudenaarde, made with cherry, raspberry, blueberry, elderberry and strawberry. Sparkling and sweet-sour, best served on the rocks in a balloon glass.

Carlsberg 0.0 is the alcohol-free lager (0.0% ABV) from the Danish brewery Carlsberg. Light and crisp, with soft maltiness and a subtle hop bitterness.

GOD (short for Good Old Days) is a low-alcohol IPA (0.2% ABV), brewed at brewery Anders in Halen. Distinctly hoppy, with a fresh, fruity character sitting between a blond ale and a classic IPA, and a refined bitter finish.

Crodino is an Italian non-alcoholic aperitif (since 1964) with a bitter-sweet orange flavor and herbal notes​. Amber-orange in color, made from botanical infusions aged 6 months for depth of taste. Enjoyed on the rocks, it’s mellow and mildly bitter.
